We are blessed with Red Kites that visit us regularly for the food we put out.

Our next door neighbour gave us a couple of rabbits for the pot a few days ago so the carcasses went out for the Red Kites this morning.

The light was not good but I managed to get some half decent photo's of them cruising about before they came down for their treats.

They have been gradually increasing in numbers in West Sussex. 3 or 4 years ago people were rushing around taking pictures every time they were spotted, now they are spreading out a bit. I enjoy the sight when I see them when I'm out with my dogs.

Yes and they did not do a very good job of looking after them and keeping them safe did they.
