We parked in one of 6 empty Motorhome/Caravan spaces at Telford Services yesterday en route to Welshpool whilst visiting Starbucks. Came back to find the adjacent space occupied

I think I'd have left him a very 'informative' note on his windscreen!

Actually, my wife was still inside our Moho and had a polite word with the Gentleman, who did not think there was anything untoward with his "parking". She asked him to let us move away before he made made any further movements. I had to be extremely careful with my overhang so it did not swipe his wing mirrors as I turned right.

Total pilick, when towing why even try to park close to another big vehicle.

not long enough
awful parking, but I cant work out how he got so much of his caravan in front (or behind) your MH, were you really parked a long way forward in the bay?

as you say so lucky not to have clipped you, although at least you would have been clearly in his door mirror, presuming he used it o_O

It would have been 'interesting' to watch the caravan owner try to drive out of his space whilst you were still there watching him ... I bet he'd have sweated a bit!

DavidG58, we were in the bay. The caravan towcar stopped about half way down with the van hanging out the back

I could imagine the warden standing there with arms folded, waiting to bolllock them if not exactly right.

My guess is that he has turned in off a rather narrow access road so could not get much of a swing to get in straight, the caravan will have cut the corner and he stopped before hitting the OP's van OK not terribly tidy parking but as long as the OP can get out forward there is no damage done, CHILL.
