There is a camping and Caravanning club site at Folkestone but only open April to October.
You might be better off looking for other sorts of overnight than a campsite.

That’s true and only said campsite. Not many, if any, campsites on the French end.

Which side of the channel are you referring to?

If UK side we would use Canterbury P&R. Quiet in the evening and with water and waste dump. But no EHU if that is necessary.

If French side, ones open this time of year would be few and far between. Looks like Camping La Fontaine Des Clercs in Montreuil is open if you are South of Calais. Most of the Aires will be open, but water may be switched off.
