Of course , you fell for the dreaded virus. How are you now ?
Getting there, but very slowly thanks,
Still very breathless and tired, everything is an effort. finding things / stuff to do, lots of support from Sue she has been great through all of this.
Thanks for asking,
I hope all those others who got the virus are coping
Stay safe out there

200 miles me, Clumber Park and back last March when we should have been going on to Barnards Castle and beyond. That includes a few miles for a service and MOT in November.

Hi Joe, you may have seen on the forum that all six of us contracted the virus in December and survived with various symptoms but thankfully no need for hospitalisation.
Win and I are both 76 and I have an underlying health problem.
We too suffer from breathlessness and tiredness but hopefully this will go away, just feel lucky to have survived to tell the tale.
Take care.

Hi Larry, yes i saw that, hope you are all on the road to recovery.
I was one of the earlier ones, in hospital last April, just avoided the dreaded ventilator but did have a CPAP mask, that was scary enough.
Have to try and meet up sometime when possible, we are only down in Bury St. Edmunds.

Weren't you in Playa Tropicana last year? Or was it the year before?

Nope . . .

Playa Del Pembrokeshire  Sept' 2019 was the last time the Moho's wheels turned, other than for the aforementioned M.O.T. :(

Christmas 2019 was spent in St Ives, but sans Moho.

About 8 miles, for MOT & service (ouch)
and to think that I upped the insured mileage to 8k this year in anticipation of a Scandinavian tour...
Car has done less than 1k since March, but don't expect any refunds.

137 miles total. Bought at almost the same time as first lockdown started, got it delivered late June, did 2 lots of 3 nights away within 35 miles, then it was back into the secure compound where it has to stay until they open again. Even our car has done more going to a few shops even though we had to shield. Will not be doing MOT or Insurance or Tax until we know we can get away, but sure would like to get to see it and check tyre pressures, make sure brakes are not binding or rusted on, charge battery in cab and maybe cook a meal in it as it is going nowhere fast. Could even remove the Oyster dish as that would save us a bit of weight and we do not use it, but with it being behind several secured gates cannot get to it even to watch our investment going down the pan fast, LOL.
But at least we know we are all in the same situation.

Your lucky, with your low millage . We spent 5 days driving our 26 year old Hymer from Sheffield to Javier to be turned round at the beginning of the Spanish lock down last March. Spent 5 days driving back home . So about 3;000klm for us . But funnily enough right now , we would do it again tomorrow , just for a change:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

When I took the van in for its annual service and MOT in September it had covered only 1000 miles. Since then the only journey has been the 15 mile drive back from the service at Threemilestone. Over the past 12 months Iā€™ve ridden 5000 miles on my road bike and my wife has run 1500 miles. Has anyone had an offer of reduced insurance cover by any chance?

As always insurance has gone up I was quoted a low rate with Grove & Dean but have not used them before so I continued with Caravan Guard sans Europe . Has anyone any experience with Grove and Dean. Only did it yesterday for the end of the month. It's lovely to go and sit in the Moho and imagine even have a cup of coffee, may even overnight if the weather improves

Purchased in August 2020, a 2016 model with 8050 miles. Now on 15,500 following German and Italy in September and Spain for the last month.

Edited for clarity by adding year of purchase as misleading without!

Since February 2020 I've done 300 miles on my electric bike which is more than the 120 mile round trip done in the MH since September 2019.
I'm not bothering with MOT until better times šŸ˜Œ
