You could try the larger B&Q stores, they stock all sorts of profile ally and sheet.. I bought perforated ally sheet for a new grill on the RV .. worth a look

Try your local Landrover specialist, Landy owners seem to stick Chequer plate everywhere. There is some on E-Bay

Looking at the info provided you should source some easily.
Once you have it, if you need to cut it, use a jigsaw with medium size teeth. Use as good quality blade as you can afford, use jigsaw on a medium speed, this will help prevent heat build up and clogging of the blade. Good luck. If you have any problems, either sourcing material or cutting please give us a ring or pm me. Just a note, some grades of aluminium chequer plate will crack and brake when folded.
