Welcome. I know you've just joined fun, which is a must but worth looking at funs sister site www.rvoc.co.uk might get a reply from someone who's been on a site in that area.

ive just booked at cayton village campsite near scarborough, no problems with size ask for the laurals super pitch.
you could try hampton rd site for blackpool,we got on there easy, or the ccc at blackpool can take you, ring and ask.
dont know about gateshead.
you could look on the european transport web site, they have a copy of the big pitch book.
sorry my rv is 36 foot and we had plenty of room, they could take a 40 footer .

Hi there, we are 35 ft and had no trouble in Blackpool. We used Pipers Heights very near the M55 exit, and we have been on the caravan club site in Martin Blackpool, again near the M55.

Sorry, the caravan club site is at MARTON in Blackpool, not Martin. iPad corrections not always helpful!!
