3-way Fridge-Freezer Won't Work On Battery

Hi everyone.
We have a Thetford 3-way fridge-freezer, which works great on mains and gas but won't work on battery. Does anyone know why this might be, please? If I try it on battery, the blue light flashes instead of being static.

Indeed. There are "compressor" fridges that do work on battery (basically because they are literally 10 times as energy efficient), but they don't work on gas!

Depends on the van I think that is correct for your van.
Hymer's allow you to run the fridge on 12v when stationary.

My Hymer won't allow you to use the 12 volt when the engine is not running.
