I am hoping that before I get on my Euro trip they have added Spain and Portugal to the list.

I'm afraid it's unlikely Gromett, Hutchison 3G doesn't have any relationships with the networks there looking at how their package is presently structured. Roll on 15th December 2016!

Vodafone are worse. Despite all the hype advertising they charge data only £8 per day with a 100mb limit. They say the advertised deals are only for Smart phone access, not data only SIMS. The Europassport at £2 per day using UK contract minutes also does not apply to Data only deals.

Carrefour in Spain 1 euro per day for 100mb at 3G then it reduces to 128kb not cut off. With Vodafone I struggle to get 2G in most of the UK never mind 3 or 4G.

The 3 signal in France and indeed Belgium and holland is second to none never been anywhere , where it hadn't got a data connection, and in France when you are getting it for free it is fantastic, but they sent a text to say that we were in feel at home when we arrived in France but never sent one to tell us they were going to charge a fiver a day before they charged if we moved out. I in fact never used it but it must of updated something because roaming was on, and straight away , bang a fiver. So switched it off now and back to O2 at £1.99 a day till we hit France again
