It is bigger than 23'3" or 23'7" and certainly bigger than 23'9" nearer the 29' 9" but then I need to get the tape measure out ... I will have to as we are limited to 30' max......

I have a deposit in cash in my hand.. sold with the goodies going back on for £24,200

The RV should be going to it's new home Sunday. The man that wanted to see it in the dark has purchased it.
