2022 Ducato digital speedo, change from MPH to KMH

With an up and coming trip to Europe I was wondering if anyone, who has the latest Ducato digital dash, have found a setting that enables you to change MPH to KMH? The manual, fiddling around, Google and YouTube haven’t yielded anything. Many thanks

Through the display screen select:

Change from MPH to KMH

Is the speedo any more visible than the X290 or is it still wise to use an additional GPS or obd device?

My digital speed reading is exactly the same as my Tom Tom. This was a first for me
