2016 Autotrail Apache 634 Solar Panel Converter/Blue Box

Hi all

Help required. Our 12v keeps tripping now and again and was also seen during its Habitation check. The engineer was going to check the converter/blue box but couldn’t find it and nor can we. Does anyone on here have the same model and advise where there’s is stored? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Nicky

What Sargent unit is fitted ?? On my past van it had the EC500 and the solar regulator was built inside the unit.
It may be that your solar is wired the same and the "engineer" thinks there is a seperate solar regulator elsewhere. Also as they say "blue box" again i am assuming they think you have Victron barnd.. That may not be the case...

As tonka has said the EC500 PSU has the solar controller within it and can be seen along with its connections if you check the rear of the unit (unless it has been replaced with a separate/remote controller )
