Beginners, got Doggy the van - March 2014
Got ours today. (Ordered direct from ACSI)
Tried to log in their App on IPad and getting message "You don't have access to the database for this account" (using my ACSI Email add. and password). Is that because we are still in 2014 and the account is for 2015.
Advise please.

Not got mine either but we're not off anywhere in the van yet. Cheaper direct from ACSI but if you need it a bit quicker then Vicarious is the place to go it seems.

Edit: Just dropped through the door. :)

Has anyone used ACSI for the UK sites? Is there much of a saving? Looked on their website & can see 43 sites but don't show prices for next year yet or months it applies to.

Waiting for ours which was ordered direct from ACSI, should be here for the new year, ACSI is my opinion offers a really great product, but the way they run the company need a little tweaking. they have just sent me a reminder to pay for my ACSI ID CArd which I received in April, I have this on Direct Debit, but my payment had not been made.

how much is it please
if you belong to this do you get on to sites cheaper like ccc

The cost direct from ACSI in the Nethelands is €11.95 Approx £9.56) delivered if you sign up to a subscription or you can get it from Vicarious Books in the UK for about £15.50 delivered.

With the book and card you can get reduced rates on many sites in Europe inc UK except in peak periods .... the discount will soon pay for your books.:xThumb:

P.S. Mine arrived today.

Thanks for your speedy reply but we can only go in school holidays as we have 13 year old son David.

That's a problem as the discounts do not apply generally for most of July and August during which time you will get hit with peak rates.

It looks at present that the ACSI scheme would not be viable for you.

This is true but you do get two books crammed with campsites all over Europe that would probably cost you as much as the subscription.
