Hi
we have a problem with our heating
Truma combi 6E fitted to our 2013 Rapido (NO RESET BUTTON ON THIS ONE)
Hot water is fine using any of the 3 modes but no heating
on start up in all 3 modes the orange warm up light comes on in the dial then the fans start and run for approx 10seconds but no ignition after the 10seconds the dial turns red to fault.
removed the plastic panel off the combi unit and orange light present together with random flashing red light cannot reset as no reset button on this unit.
sent video to Truma of flashing red light they reply stating room temp sensor faulty replace with new sensor but still not working.
thought it maybe a heating element ? not taken 12v fuse out as others suggested as works on hot water and very difficult to get to.
any thoughts unless fuse is just linked to heating.
Thanks
Adrian

i have see lots of posts on different sites about

Thanks for reply
yes on hook up in driveway was going away at weekend 2 new AGM leisure batteries fitted now no heating
cheers

I had similar problem but I was on 12v and there was not enough power in my batteries. Sorry I cannot help more, but I am sure someone will be along who can.
Good luck with sorting it out!

If the water heating is OK, it suggests, to me, that something has gone wrong on the main control board. This is where the 'brains' are to control the blown air for heating.

Is the main blow air fan working? You can check it using the Vent setting.
