This worked absolutely fine when packing the MH for a weekend break away going in and out all hunky dorey.. Gets to a site pushed the button and nowt... No noise, not a thing happens...

Is there a fuse for the step that's maybe has blown? It did rain whilst we were travelling as have tried to "search" for the problem but most is for retraction of the step and not extending out and most say that its prob a dirty connector etc..

Could this be the same reason why its not extending out? Is it a fuse & where would I find said culprit..

Many thanks in advance for any help...

Do you have a small box module behind the drivers seat , an EM50 unit , if so there are step fuses in it (Not sure if the 2007 models had this fitted though)

Try pulling the main fuse to give your control panel a hard break - worked on our Ace Siena with the Nord NE183 control panel.
