  • Knaus Traveller 505 four berth Motorhome offered for sale with genuine low mileage. Right hand drive with all the hallmarks you would expect of a high-quality German coach built motorhome. Offered for sale at the realistic price of £21,495.00.

  • The motorhome was first registered in 2003 (September) it is based on a Fiat Ducato Chassis with a 2.3 turbo diesel engine and a 5 speed manual gearbox. The motorhome comes with 12 months MOT and the current mileage is 19,988 miles. Four new tyres and the cambelt was replaced in 2014, new battery sept 2012 all receipts available.

  • At only 19ft. long it is very compact but still maintains many useful facilities like the large high ski locker to the rear and a large through garage at low level. There is a rear ladder to gain access to the roof racks. Externally there is also an integrated Omnistor wind-out awning suitable to add a Privacy Room or just used as we have done and sit in the shade.

  • There are two gas bottles housed in a small compartment to the left of the van, also in here is the inlet pipe for the fresh on-board water supply.

  • Internally the van is very well laid out with a large comfortable over-cab bed accessed by a wooden ladder there is also a privacy blind. The second double bed is made up in the living area by lowering the telescopic table again providing a good double space.

  • Kitchen facilities consist of a three ring gas hob with fold down glass lid over a Smev gas oven and grill, stainless steel sink+dual tap, drainer again with a fold down lid. An Electrolux 3 way fridge with freezer compartment (electric/gas/12v). Hot water and heating provided by a Truma boiler.

  • Well equipped bathroom with a large swivel shower cubicle, hand basin and a Threford swivel cassette toilet, ample storage space also.

  • In the living area there are four seats all having seat belts, therefore providing legal travel for six people. Extensive over-head lockers + tall wardrobe locker as well as floor level storage space.

  • There is an on-board fresh water tank which holds a 115 litres and also an on-board waste water tank both making life so much easier. In the cab area there are two swivel seats, Blaupunkt Radio/CD player with four speakers to the living area, there is also a TV point in the living area with built-in aerial.

  • There is a Cabinet for the TV with a base which swivels so you can view the TV from where you are sitting or in bed. The TV can also be put out of site when not in use by a pull-round screen.

  • The upholstery is blue matching the carpet tiles and both upholstery and tiles are in excellent condition.

  • The Motorhome is fitted with a very high standard security system, the Cobra Alarm will secure the cab & the living area together or separately which is very reassuring being able to secure the cab whilst sleeping.

  • If you are looking for a well-looked after good quality motorhome with excellent facilities and genuine low mileage at a realistic price, this one ticks all the boxes. We welcome any viewing without obligation, we live in the South Lakes area situated approx. 15 mins from junction 36 of the M6 motorway.
