2003 Fiat 2.8 Jtd Lhd Euro 3?

I imported the above vehicle new in 2003 but only noticed in the last year that it has a factory fitted catalytic converter. Is this standard for a Euro 3 engine or does it make it a Euro 4 he asks hopefully !

Are you sure it has a cat, I don't think my 2003 2.8jtd has one ?
The German Umwelt emissions sticker seems to have me as euro 4 but the french crit air has me as euro 3.
Assuming that's what the numbers refer to 🤷‍♂️

My 2007 x250 Ducato is Euro 4 but has no Cat or Dpf.

A few, like mine, was made that way but other, later one, were not.

Perhaps I’ve got it wrong and it’s not a Cat! It is just aft of the front offside wheel and has a serial number which I can’t read without getting right underneath the camper. As I’ve already said it’s a LHD 2.8 JTD registered in March 2003
