Hi. Having lurked for a while I am now fully signed up! So hello everyone.

20 June, is the target date for collecting our Westfalia Amundsen 540d - I got the phone call yesterday that it is on its way from Germany. Ordered last November, it has been a very long wait...

This will be our first van conversion. Previously we've had Chausson Flash 10 (great but not an everyday vehicle) and before that (& originally) a VW California (too small & no loo, but otherwise brilliant). Prior to that we had a caravan or three, but probably shouldn't mention that on this forum. At 5.4m long we think the Westfalia or Westie (yes, we have already named it, even though it has yet to arrive) is the perfect choice for us.
