Well our first trip of the year to give the old girl a chance to blow off the cobwebs and test everything. (Everything as it should be:giggle:). We've headed down to Sinington at Cliff Farm in Yorkshire. I must note that electric here is pay as you go, they have recently just put the new meters in. I suppose this will be the norm now.

We arrived 2 mid day and immediately hooked up and put on Truma electric fire on 2000, the hot water boiler and fridge on. We went out for a couple of hours for a walk. I ovs turned off heater before we left. Arrived back heater on full time until bedtime when I turned off both heater and hot water boiler. Next day the same but left hot water boiler on all nigh grr and out for longer maybe 4hrs for walk etc. We also used kettle a few times per day. We used £10 for two 2 days...the EHU was 16amp...that's all I know no price per kw etc as people ' minding campsite' on behalf of owners struggled with new prepayment system and I didn't want to ask complicated questions. We put £20 on prepayment on arrival and received £10 back just before we left. All done via owners PC.
