Anybody going to Pickering for this one ? we were thinking of going next weekend and wondered if any of the funsters had been or had advice on sites ?

Coachman Caravan Park , Scarborough Campsites, North Yorkshire
this is a nice quiet 10/12 van adult only site about 6 miles outside pickering, very friendly owners and probably a few of the vehicles on show at the 1940s event will belong to them as they have a restoration business and a bit of a museum full of cars and bikes of the goneby erea from all over the place. there is a nice pub/resturant just behind the site on the back road.We stayed there when the northern motorhome show was on and was glad we did what with the rain and mud at the showground, they have hardstanding pitches with water and elec on each pitch. we enjoyed our visit there and willl be going again
