Very few would be trying to put stabliser systems on their 12V motorhome electronics. Most of the Avtex stuff is rated 12/24V so should easily cope.
Although you suggest 12V could reach 14.4V, that would be quite abnormal. Voltages of over 14.0 are normally from charger systems into the battery. Voltage across battery terminals and then to the habitation electronics will be the battery charge level and that usually starts to drop as a load current is applied. Lithium (LifeP04) type would have a max 13.6V if fully charged and the lead-acid normally wont get more than 12.7V at rest.
