Hi all - we’ve just returned from the first trip away in our new Globescout R and everything worked brilliantly well except the 12v sockets in the habitation area.

Apart from the fact that we had to get adapters for the continental style sockets, when I first plugged a USB charger in to the socket over the table the green LED (on the charger) lit up to show it was receiving power. All good so far. Although I had nothing to actually charge at that point, I left the charger plugged in overnight. Next morning, my wife came to charge her phone and there was nothing there. No power, no green light, nothing.

A detailed skim through the manual didn’t reveal much and I couldn’t see any mention of a fuse location to check if it had blown. So... any ideas please? Even if anyone knows where the fuse is that would be a great start.

Thanks in anticipation

Andy

Thanks Gerry - any idea which one though? Don’t want to start pulling things out indiscriminately to check in case that causes more issues!

Good thinking pappajohn but instead I tried the USB charger in the vehicle 12v socket and it worked ok so I still think it’s a problem with the habitation area sockets

Sorted! It was a blown fuse (though quite what caused that I've no idea) - thanks for the pic Gerry it was a great help.
