Hi has anyone come across 12 v fidge with LG compressor

Waeco do a 12v portable compressor fridge, a bit like a cool box, as do Engel. I haven’t come across an LG compressor, but someone else might have.

Not sure ? Compressors are pretty simple bits of kit so not sure brands like LG would be interested in making and branding them up ....interesting question, why do you ask?

Most 12/24v compressors are Secop (old ones are Danfoss). Though as usual, the Chinese are in with Sikelan.

LG do have their own brand of 220-240v compressors along with Inverter/linear compressors.

Why do you ask about LG?.

incidentally, LG really stands for Lucky Goldstar. Rebranded “life’s good”

I was told that LG domestic fridge/freezer compressors were the only ones with a 10 year warranty on them, hence the price of some of the LG larger ones.

Not a 12v but I have seen LG inverter freezer. As mentioned , the LG compressors suppose to be very good, and long warranty.
