Hello from sunny Doncaster,

I wanted to introduce Dora
(our truck thing) we are a family of 6 humans 2 non humans (cats) ora in 2016 for trips away before moving into it full time in 2018.
Since then it's sat on my friend's campsite with the odd drive around to keep it ticking over. We are now starting to get her ready for some trips next year. Firstly will be the MOT of the tractor unit and then we will do some odd jobs inside the trailer. If anyone has questions feel free to ask.

How do 6 humans travel in that? I presume you aren’t allowed to travel in the trailer, have you seats in the back of the tractor unit where presumably a bed once was?

Yes I have 5 seats in the cab which is odd for a fl6 tractor unit as they normaly only have day cabs but it was swapped from a 7.5t flat bed truck afew years ago. The Mrs always takes the car for when we want to get about where ever we have set up camp.

Yes volvo fl6 getting pretty rare now I was looking to swap for a newer scania but not sure yet. The trailer was a yatch trailer before been built from the ground up to what it is today.

Nowt uncomfortable about a F10 about 79 vintage, the 16 speed box will keep you busy!!
