I have a pepwave modem it's great but the web GUI is very complex. So I have put a single page together for HA that shows all the info about the cell modems and allows you to switch SIM cards and turn modems on/off.
I also included all the details about signal levels and cell mast ID (to put in to cellmapper.com search - to find which mast is being used)
I have only included the fragments you will need to implement this in your system. Please ask if you need some more info.
It looks like this (Cell 2 is disabled):

There are some helpers as well - I can't find a way to export helpers from HA - so if you want them let me know and I can send some screen grabs!
