Campsite bookings - terms & conditions

I've been having a look at Benidorm campsites. Am I right in thinking they all require full payment up front for the full duration of your stay with no refund at all in the event of cancellation?

It depends on the site if you have a short stay they usually require full payment we stop for about 80 days and pay monthly

We have booked Arena Blanca before for 6 weeks paid upfront but left after 2 weeks and they gave us a refund but it does depend on the site.

We booked La Torretta next Feb for a month. We have paid 75% of the cost up front. If we cancel, it will depend how much notice we give to how much will be refunded.

BOOKING CANCELLATION



1. If you cancel with over 28 days before arrival, 20€ of cancellation costs will be charged.

2. If you cancel with 15 to 28 days before arrival, we refund 50% of the payed deposit.

3. If you cancel with 8 to 14 days before arrival, we refund 25% of the payed deposit.

4. If you cancel with less then 7 days before arrival, you will not have right at any refund of the deposit payment.

We never booked or paid up front at La Torreta between 2014 and 2023.
Then last year and this year they wanted 4 weeks payment on arrival.

Only experience is Villasol and that's no dogs, Morag, but I reserved a pitch for 90 days a year in advance and from memory paid a €100 deposit.

We have booked La Media Legua for 49 nights from mid December. Didn’t ask for a deposit.
I enquired about this as thought I might have missed something. Their reply said. Only needed for stays of less than 60 nights. Mind you that may be as we stayed there last year also so already have our details.

Correction
That should have read for stays of more than 60 nights.
