Stayed today for the day- it is in the car park next to the Co Op . No facilities ie no water /ehu/dump but in a very pleasant spot with a mowed field with trees over the low wall at the back- access via the path into town. Space for several mohos and room for an 8 footer - but IMO a bit dear...
Overnight tolerated. Peaceful car park by the river, canal & train, about half a mile walk along the canal path from Cromford Mill & Cromford village. Cafes at the mill, & pubs & general store in the village. Cromford Mill is a world heritage site, & the site of the first factory in the world.
The Pier carpark has 6 motorhome slots which allow overnight parking. To pay for these you have to use the Parking machine as the online pay site doesn't have that option.
Its up the end of the carpark on the left had side.
Suitable for 7.5m no facilities although there are public toilets next...
Car park with 8 dedicated motor home parking places.
£2.30 for 24 hrs. Right in town near all the historic hot spots.
