I have marked up where I firmly believe you can park for the day. We parked on the road but we saw motorhomes parked here and saw ones parked overnight as well. If that isnt right when you get there please dont blame me. Otherwise its extortionate euros for a campsite.

I have put the marker at the place we stay at. It is supposed to be a France Passion but he isnt bothered. There is electric there but not sure if he charges, I dont think he does but we dont use it. 30+ wine shops to wonder around, Storks a plenty on the roofs and it has its own stork...
Cycle or motorbike, if cycling it will be hilly, motorhomes have height restrictions along here.
Lovely ride up the gorge and wild boar come out and eat out of your hand, great scenery. We used the free aire at Sault for this one. Bit of a dusty car park job but nice still.

3,000 foot drop with hardly anything to stop you going over on windy roads which busses go up. It travels n the North and South side however the best part is the "Route des Cretes" NB the one way system, its quite doable in a motorhome.

Off the tourist hotspots, this 3 sided valley has numerous waterfalls of 500 foot plus coming out of the side of mountains and is a stunning walk, something we dont do enough of.

Overnight tolerated. Peaceful car park by the river, canal & train, about half a mile walk along the canal path from Cromford Mill & Cromford village. Cafes at the mill, & pubs & general store in the village. Cromford Mill is a world heritage site, & the site of the first factory in the world.
