What can I say, we did not buy our van from them but from one of the Warner’s shows at Malvern from GO European.

SIMPSONS are only 15 miles from us and an AT dealer so we contacted them once we got the van registered.

They were utterly brilliant and very helpful considering we did not purchase from them.

They have undertaken all warranty work with no issues at all, not made us wait or put us off, so I take my hat off to them .

But it’s the case of they have looked after us, so we have been loyal to them and had the first two hab checks and the first major service done there.

We have bought both the motorhomes we have owned from Simpsons. We bought our current van in November 2012. It was new at the time and we thought we would be covered by the Swift 10 year water ingress warranty when a small area of damp was found.

We were disappointed when Swift would not pay for the repair because our van is apparently a 2011 model and has only a 3 year warranty, which had expired.

We were pleased when Simpsons said they would carry out the repair free of charge as a goodwill gesture.

We got the van back today with a full service, habitation check and MOT plus the damp repair taken care of. Total bill came to about £688 which was not too bad considering this is also a large Skoda dealer and is always busy.

Someone had obviously taken a good look at our van because I received a long list of minor faults they had found, most of which I was aware of but had forgotten about.

Dealers are well known for being very keen when there is the prospect of thousands of pounds heading their way, losing interest when it comes to providing service when a bit of time has gone by.

We are pleased to say Simpsons have gone the extra mile to keep us happy. All the staff were helpful and polite.

We have bought 2 vans from them now, our first was an 09 Bolero which we had for 5 years, then traded in for our current 15 reg A/S Broadway, well chuffed with every aspect of both deals, the head salesmen, Brinley is very accommodating and knowledgeable.
We called in last week to purchase a spare water filler pump, Brinley made sure that we received s substantial discount without even being asked, top bloke.
