We decided to revert back to a caravan from our Chausson Motorhome. Reading Caravans helped us to select a new, in stock Bailey Pamplona van, and offered a very acceptable valuation for our Motorhome resulting in them owing us £18000. On the handover day the cash from them was in our account before we left their premises. Have had two foc habitation services by them and a bodywork insurance job when I clipped a neighbour’s wing mirror since - very smooth. Can’t fault either sales or service departments. Excellent on-site shop. By the way, it took them 22 months to sell the Chausson
