Booked Months in advance for habitation with extra jobs.Oven hinge,phone call said will take too long.Phone call,wrong part sent for the fridge gas jet.Phone call,wrong colour fridge vent (grey required) .
Collection,told jet in good condition and keep using it.Few days later Dometic repair guy says all sooted up and long overdue a replacement.
All these parts I requested months ahead with full specifications and photos.
Obviously never checked to see if correct before our appointment.
Nice telephone manner though !

We purchased a new Hymer from them in June 2017. With no previous experience of them and a few hours drive away, we were concerned. They were very precise on all costs etc. everything in writing. Delivery was 3 weeks late, but that was down to Hymer, we had regular emails as they chased. Handover was as good as any we have seen over the years including a night on the local site to make sure we were happy. We had a fridge issue, sent a part to us in France then told us they wanted to replace the whole fridge. This was done along with a couple of niggles sorted, nothing was a problem. Good all round experience.

Have been very happy with their customer care and service and would buy from them again. They are knowledgeable, helpful and make that extra bit of effort which makes all the difference.

We imported our Hymer Exsis from Germany two years ago, Premier agreed to carry out all of our warranty issues without hassle, with that in mind we have had the van damp and hab checks done by them as well as an oil change and short service.
They are very busy and you need to book very early,the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and nothing is to much trouble.
I have no hesitation in recommending them.
