Peter Roberts Caravans

We bought a new Rollerteam in April 2025, and chose Peter Roberts Caravans as they have a good reputation, they were competitive, and more importantly local to us if anything went wrong.
The sales process with Andy Roberts was great, very personable and no pressure.
The mark of a good company is how they handle any issues, and it’s fair to say Peter Roberts have excelled.
On our trip to the lakes in May, the hab door internal handle stopped working. On reporting the issue on our return they asked us to bring the van in the next day, and fixed it.
After collecting a few snags (it’s a new van) over our European trip, I called them on Friday to book the van in, expecting them to suggest a date in September. This suited us a we’re going to Loch Lomond for the rest of August. Their service manager called back and gave us to the option to take the van in on Saturday morning, as he wanted to make sure everything was working for our next trip.
The whole team are committed to customer service, and seem to work well together to deliver customer satisfaction. We only seem to read horror stories on MHF about dealers, but so far Peter Roberts have really delivered.

This dealership has just won the best dealership for new Motorhomes, second hand Motorhomes and second hand caravans, and it’s the third year in a row they have won.

I felt it was a great achievement for one dealership having seen it on their Instagram account.

I have ordered a new van from them in May 2021, having no previous experience or knowledge, and they have been excellent in every aspect of our dealings. The van has not arrived yet so cannot answer some questions but they require an answer so I’ve given them an anticipated 5 stars.
