We bought our new motorhome from this dealership, on the back of meeting Malcolm at the NEC. He went out of his way to remove barriers and to answer questions. If he didn’t know the answer, he went away and found it, or was honest enough to say that he didn’t know but would get back to us. He then did. He was willing to do a good deal on our ideal motorhome when other dealers just sniffed. Throughout the waiting period, he kept in touch with regular updates and found ways to make things happen against all odds. We travelled from Devon to E Yorkshire as a result. Handover was extremely thorough and there was no hint of frustration or pressure of time. Malcolm booked us into a local campsite at the company’s expense, and asked us to make sure we were happy that everything worked properly and that we understood all the systems. He gave us his personal phone number and advised that we should contact him at any time during the evening if there was something we did not understand. The oven needed adjustment so he asked us to come in first thing the next morning for this to be done. We can recommend this dealership highly and without question.
