We bought a Bessacar E495 from Dolphin in April 2021. COVID lockdown delayed the process, but Andy was fantastic in providing regular updates on how the business was affected by regulations and how the sale could be progressed. A salesman you can respect for his friendly, respectful and communicative approach, Andy was great to deal with throughout the purchase process. A really good business stands out from others when there are post-sale issues to be dealt with (and with 2nd hand vehicles there often will be), so when we reported a few things we would like resolved a while after buying the van, it was great to have Sam (service manager) and Andy respond so positively and provide an outstanding service in sorting them out promptly. We sold our first van to them and bought a new Tracker we had excellent service throughout and when we decided two years down the road to purchase a Hymer they bought my Tracker back from me without hassle and money in the bank the day they had taken delivery from us and gave us a very fair price.
