Bought our 2nd Motorhome from Fullers in Oct 2017 , 2011 Hymer B694, had a couple of long wknds and just back from 1st leg of spring tour via Bilbao, Pyrenees down to Portugal, etc. Back out in March for 2nd leg.

Had an immediate snagging list of bits and bobs such as small fittings for the glass hob guard, an indicator unit. These were all dealt with efficiently. On first wknd trip found the leisure battery capacity to be very poor (12v shut down on 1st night in UK winter!), even with a 120w solar panel . Had an awful lot of Halogen lightbulbs!. LED replacement bulbs were duly sent, but on 2nd wknd tour up to N Yorks after Christmas, leisure battery capacity shutdown on 2nd night. Got it home and after some testing with just 4 off 3watt bulbs on, it seemed that the capacity was just 40% of what it should be. So took the van back in and it had new 110ah leisure batteries fitted. Also had sticking drivers door step lubed, loose wheel arch tightened, smelly gasflow connections re-tightened, a cigar lighter fuse prob sorted.

Recent trip had up to five nights, off site parking around Formigal ski resort, (temps at night down to -10) run down through Spain to Portugal and the van has been fab. Reached Seville the water pump packed up, but no real worries as Hidalgo on the outskirts of Seville had a replacement. It seems as though this pump was on its last legs as the pressure is sooooo much better with the exact same reich tandem, push fit replacement , Fullers are refunding our costs there.

So we are 4mnths into 6mth warranty and it seems enough to iron out any problems as long as you do get on and use the thing, in the way you intend to use it, so to uncover any issues especially, re things like batteries. Now feel quite confident, we are through teething troubles and indeed those that we have experienced are really not that unusual for a 6yr old van.

Will say both Dave and Nathan (after sales workshop) have been fantastic. Good at understanding just how we intend to use the motorhome and so things, e.g. good leisure batt capacity needed for it to deliver. They have been extremely responsive on the phone and with email so superb to work with in resolving any difficulties. Would have no hesitation in using Fuller's again.

Bought a second hand Rapido from them a few years ago paying £58,000. Had the van a couple of weeks and discovered that the leisure battery was'nt holding its charge more than a couple of hours. Took it back and some irk checked it with a battered battery tester and said battery was ok. I told him we'd driven 30 odd miles and there was life in the battery but once we started using it, the lights got dimmer. Fullers refused categorically to put a new battery on the vehicle despite paying out all that money two weeks earlier.

We bought our second hand Hobby siesta from Fullers in August 2017
Trading in our smaller Hobby At a good price and asking for several things to be checked with the new van we were very happy.
All things on the list were done and the hand over was very thorough. We have returned the van for a broken blind and lights that didn’t switch off but both have been repaired.
We had great service from the salesman and the mechanics Nathan and David .
We would buy another from them and have recommended them to friends.
