Cranham Leisure

Today we picked up our new Burstner B66 690 motorhome. This was ordered through the Cranham dealership in Upminster, Essex. The salesman at Cranham was Bradley Nathan, who has been excellent throughout the whole process since we first walked into their place back in March. When we explained what we were looking for (having already visited two other dealers) he directed us to the van that met our needs perfectly. Bradley obviously an experienced motorhome user and from day one he was very helpful in explaining what we would need and what not to bother with. He also arranged for the alarm and MetaTrak to be installed for the day of the pick up and the person who installed the system was there today also to talk us through how it works including the App.

We have taken the van to the other Cranham dealership in Essex for storage as it is nearer where we live. We were met by one of their Team who again was very helpful in explaining how the storage facility is accessed etc.

Overall a very enjoyable experience and we are confident that going forward we will have all the support we need.
