I bought a Fan from Mark back in June of 2017 thought the p and p was a bit on the heavy side but that was the price quoted so accepted it.

Fan arrived missing all the screws from one side that holds the cover/guard on.
Several pm's back and forth with promise of screws will be sent out, still non have landed.
I even sent a picture showing the size required.

My last pm was mid March 2018 and unfortunately no reply as of yet.
People may think well its only a few screws but in my opinion thats not the point.
I think I've been reasonable over this issue but have now given up.

Used Mark at CLS for past 4 years to do the habitation checks on my Autotrail. Prefer his mobile service as no messing around to move the van and nice to have the home visit. Keeps in touch once the appointment is booked.
My van has had some issues and as CLS are NCC approved all reports have been accepted by Autotrail with no question.
Sensible prices compared to dealers..

Even had some hands on help from CLS and DMS when I had an issue over in Calais and they turned out to be parked next to me. (y)

Used CLS on a couple of occasions to carry out some repairs (solar panel ) damp checks and faulty boiler. Mark (Mr CLS) gave me an indication of the likely fault from the start and what would be needed to ensure things were fixed. Price was given for both the worse and best scenario and it came somewhere in the middle so was very happy with that (boiler fix).
Mark knows his stuff and operates a reliable service on the above occasions and took a booking for one of the shows prior to the show to repair the solar problem.
