Alpha Batteries

I cannot speak highly enough of this organisation. A few years ago I bought a LiFePo battery from them which had internal issues. There was absolutely no hesitation in collecting it from me and sending me a replacement, four days start to finish.

Four years later, the replacement failed again (not their fault, and no surprise that they no longer stock this line of battery). Again there was not the slightest hesitation about taking the battery back to see if the BMS could be fixed, and when a replacement did not solve things they immediately offered to replace the battery, and they even suggested they could lend me a battery as the one which was a direct swap was not in stock for a week or two.

In the days when businesses hide behind the website wall and do their very best to avoid having anything to do with their customers, Alpha Batteries sets a standard that all should aspire to. After sales service is something often forgetten about when making a purchase, but like insurance you are grateful when you need it, even though it may have cost a penny or two.

I wish I could do more in recognition of this excellent service, but there it is. Do see if they can meet any of your needs next time you are thinking about batteries, I do hope they succeed.

It goes without saying that I have no connection apart from buying a battery from them!
