HYMER heater issues

The control panel is working and I have reset but still not giving heat or hot water, it clicks as if it wants to but then faults with a code E25H there is nothing in the manual for this code. I have been advised by the dealership that I need to reset at the back of the heater which is under the seat

any advise to access would be great
