Let's get the week off to a running start - new wrap-around exterior thermal covers for the van, the interior ones were pants.
3M cutting tape so I can create contour lines in the vinyl I intend to lay on the work surfaces for protection.

New to motorhomes 2019
A spare Ignition key from Newcastle Locksmiths - highly recommended.

Ordered spare hab keys from Dethleffs Owners Group - great service from Reliance

Shocked at the cost of furniture board from Dethleffs so now looking for alternative suppliers.

Furniture board 15mm 2500x1220 €389.10 plus vat, collection only.

I was hoping to get an off cut to match the existing panel when the Thetford wc is removed to patch in.

Item 3 is what I currently have. Any suggestions?

Just had a very nice man to the house to sort us with a new Van Key. Awaiting a Van-bitz fob, lost ours at Peterbourgh show. One man in the doghouse.

Was a Newbie but getting the hang of it now.
I went to the peterbrough motorhome show and I bought

A Cadac Safari 2 BBQ
an outdoor carpet (£25!)
Some pegs
2 deck chairs
2 pillows

and that was about it.
It was a pity that well over half of the traders were not there this year.
Peterborough was intended as a spendfest and nearly did! Held off on self levellers and WiFi still discussing.
How ever got
Moroccan mat
2 pillows from a fellow scouse
Shower head with balls in it.
Rhubarb vodka
Set of CV Allen keys
CORNMINT essential oil and diffuser (great for Hayfever.
Big stack of sausages
Was tempted by the Airstream that was by the MF area but my bfa would not fit through door as handle was at a certain hight.😳🤪🍒
Now tempted by the foldable ebikes that where there.

Since 1999.
1) Wing mirror protectors in white from Van Comfort, very good firm to deal with, speedy delivery, just hope I don't need to test out how well they will guard the mirrors!! My theory is that wing mirrors are black so they are less visible, get knocked so have to be replaced at great cost. Look smarted too.
2) Metal one litre water bottles for drinking water, we're never sure we can trust the water from the tank. Good price from Cotswold Outdoor, £12 reduced from £17.

Cheating a little with topic but I didn't buy but sold a pile of stones/ rubble on marketplace for £10. However the buyer removed a huge pile of stones/rubble which would have cost well over £50 for me to get rid off. RESULT. So will withdraw £50 to add to £10 to buy something useful with.
