Holidaying in Ireland and likely early return as they may be introducing further restrictions as Covid numbers escalate.
Our dog has EU pet passport. In Eire 2 weeks, entered via NI 4 weeks ago.
Does she need a certificate of pet health to re enter u.k. in next week or two?
All the online info seems to relate to Jan 2021 !

Thought of that but it's still early and a Monday so thought I'd give them time to get going.
Cant believe it's so hard to find out online- all the 2021 speculations seem to crowd out the current regs

As far as I know the certificate of health is in relation to Brexit and nothing to do with Covid.
It may/may not be required after 31st Dec depending on what is agreed.

The certificate of pet health is a current requirement on return from Europe - but Ireland seems not quite the same as "mainland Europe "

It's as it was until 1st January, we went to Ireland 5 years ago and no pet passport was required. 🙂 Bob

We came back Rosslare to Fishguard last month and there were no checks on our dog. No passports for us or the dog where needed.
