Hats off to you Fifiwi

OK, I admit, I googled. Now I know a bit more about the origins of the word. I like it because it just sounds old- fashioned. I like to wander round a haberdashery department, seeing all those things I'd love to do. :rolleyes:

I was sitting up in bed this morning oiling my bike, when I thought what are my favourite words ?
Three immediately sprang to mind. All Indian ? derived, perhaps cos' my Dad served in India before the war. Sorry rambling. Anyway here goes :-
