Have just been informed that TYNE VALLEY MOTORHOMES are no longer dealing in Hymer.
Looks like we are all going to end up at TW Stafford!! 440 mile round trip for us.
Anyone else heard anything?

Is that the same Preston caravans that have One New Hymer for sale on their website with over £23.000 OFF
the price!!
Apart from Southern based dealers there are little or no Northern based dealers with A class or Coach built new or used stock.
It is only my opinion but i think we will all end up travelling to the ERWIN HYMER CENTRE in Staffordshire

They ran their Hymer stock down to three or four vans about 18-months ago so it looks as if they had already made the decision to stop Hymer by late 2017, i.e. about a year after they started with the brand.

They just took on the franchise a couple of years ago, I just had a small warranty job done, they didnt mention anything then. I got my van from TW but its a 400mile round trip for me. Im not sure if Kimberly caravans near Darlington are still Hymer dealers,

Possibly as they sell Elddis it's be a conflict of interest as they are from the same Thor stable. Hymer is definitely not the quality they used to be so possibly fed up with the hassle.

Lowdhams in Huddersfield and Nottingham. Last time we were in Lowdhams, about four weeks ago, they had several new and about half a dozen used.

I wouldn’t go anywhere other than Becks now, even though they are 220 miles from me. Once you have experienced proper decent honest service it’s hard to give that up.

My van has been there for 7 weeks whilst they sort out an issue with the door and they still don't have the parts yet from Hymer?

TW 'may' have lost a lot of good people when they moved site from Telford to Stafford and also introduced 12 hour shifts.
6AM starts to 6PM finish.
4 on, 4 off.

Kimberly are no longer Hymer dealers, strength of pound and tight northern gits as you core demographic didn't help to write a very good business plan going forward.

They did though service my TW purchased van and did a small warranty job, without any fuss as well.

What a salesman or management? Wondering if they will be carrying out the Hymer warranty under seal checks?

It was management.I was told they would honour any warranty work with Hymer.
I am sure a phone call would confirm.

“Adventure Leisure vehicles”at Tebay do the Hymer water ingress test not sure about servicing etc: maybe worth a call.

Certainly worth a visit, junction 38 on the M6.
Always found them helpful when we have called in for a browse.
Good stock of ERIBA Caravans and Hymer campers.

Asked them would they do some warranty work they said no unless I got the M/H from them also asked would they do hab checks said no.
