Since I got my HeoS water connector it always leaks a lot of water, I thought I may have the wrong washer setup (vented or non vented) but then I thought about how the pipe comes of the back and how the fill tube runs.
So I thought I would try a extension tube on the connector, tried it today and no more leaking, I think the water was hits the back of pipe and bouncing back out.

Thanks for this, I’m going to try it too as I’ve experienced the same with water coming back out in gulps - and mines fitted with a breather pipe inside the filler.

The problem I've experienced with ours is when using a lay flat hose with a low water pressure the hose kinks and stops the flow. This happens because of the weight of the hose is pulling vertically down but it has to enter the Heos connector horizontally. You can overcome this by lifting the hose manually but this makes it a two person job if the tap is one of those you have to keep pressing the button to maintain the flow. So with a few Hozelock connectors and a short bit of garden hose I made up this, which works a treat. No more kinky hoses. :)

I find that the hose stays in my van by itself when using the pointy spout adaptor when filling up fresh water :)

Jusgg tv this 90’ elbow (£2.65) to help take the pressure of the spigot and it stops the hose pipe flattening when these not much pressure.

I'm interested in using something like this on my Benimar Mileo 264...
Screenshot 2019-12-21 at 19.11.07.png

... trouble is that my 264 has a water inlet hole internal diameter 45mm. This item and others that I have found seems to be for 67mm diameter.

Has anyone found such as this to fit a 45mm diameter hole pls? Non vented tank.

Regards, F
