Gents/ladies.

Hab door spring appears to have broken in 2 and fallen from its holding position on the lock.
I note you have all had some input or suffered similar issue.
Have attached photos
2 questions.
Is the spring complete and if not have you got a pic or link to a complete one.
Where does the bleeding thing go
Guesswork suggests it is broken and goes top left of pic behind black moulding.
Can't link you in on phone so will link you in next post.
Further research might indicate it is 460079

Sorry matey
Can't help where it goes, depends which one. (And sadly never took pics)
From memory I found matching broken spring to parts that would be moving to actuate the lock mechanism.
But trust me ...
With a bit of spring wire, perseverance and a good coat of looking at ..
You can sort it

Cheers,
Its father in laws motor
We found a site for the actual mechanism and all the numbers of the springs so probably going to order 3 of each and then when you can actually see what it looks like you can work out where and how it goes.

Just take your time and it will become obvious.
I was quoted £300sh from memory by a 'reputable' dealer.
Cost me a £1 or 2 in parts and an hour of my time.

It is just a matter of working out which bit goes where.
The chances of some motorhome dealer getting hold of either of our money is significantly less than a love fest at parliament
