The lock on the habitation door of our 540 has given up (it just goes round) so presumably something has snapped inside. The door still opens however using the electric key fob.
I have just had the annual habitation check done at a Bailey agent who said he'd never come across this before and, like me, can't see how to access the lock mechanism. He said it looks as though it has been moulded into place.
Can't see how to contact Bailey for advice on their website.
Any ideas?

If you post a picture of the door interior, someone might be able to identify it for you if you can’t find a name.
The door, whatever it make, will probably have hidden screws somewhere.

Photos of both sides of door. No name on lock and no obvious way of accessing. As the man who did the habitation test said it appears to be moulded with no fixings

Well it appears to be the bits listed above but I still can't see how to access them.

RANT: I hate and despise Prima Leisure! When I needed a new door mirror I tried Prima and got a quote of £707. Went to my local Peugot dealer and had a new one for £372 including fitting and VAT.
Other Peugot parts seem totally unreal on the Prima site.
I queried the price Prima was asking and they replied "As for the pricing of the items you have mentioned I have double checked these and they are correct this is what we get charged when we purchase them from Peugeot so unfortunately we have to pass this charge on."
I did wonder if I should go into business supplying Prima with Peugot parts and just buy them from my local dealer.

Hi John, I don't have a Bailey van myself but in principle all of the door systems are the same.

Can you confirm if the internal door panel is a single piece of plastic or are there two seperate vertical panels to the left of the door; i.e. the vertical panel which surrounds the door release and the one below.

I'm hoping that these can be removed to leave something like this:

Unfortunately it appears to be a single piece of plastic. The local Bailey agent can't see a way to access the lock.

Ours was a different door I know but,is there a screw in the black plastic behind the interior handle? or behind the bin?have you tried removing some of the rubber seal round the edge to see if it holding the panel on.This got ours nearly off except fot the flat part round the window which was stuck with releasable adhesive!
