Hi everyone.
I've always been interested in cars and last year I bought a converted Citroën relay 2003 l3 h2 I have been slowly adding bits to it and have now got to a dead end. I wanted to pimp the outside up a bit so I have just invested in some bull bars. I wanted to get some side running boards for it because a- I think they look good and b) because I have two young children who find the step up a bit too much of a step. Unfortunately everywhere I have tried only seems to make the for 2006/2007 models onwards. Does anyone have any ideas on where I could find any to fit my van?

Amazing. Somewhere along the line there is a ban on bull bars because of the devastating injuries they cause to young children in particular.

I believe the ban is on steel tube bull bars.
Legal ones are chrome effect plastic and fall to pieces in an impact.

But, not only are they a waste of time... We don't have large bovine wandering the streets... They are chassis benders in a proper impact.

The UK legal Stainless Steel A bars can look really good on the Citroen and are a great platform for driving lights (y) . Running boards are harder to find though, Check out https://www.toys4vans.co.uk they have some great bling (y)

There are plenty the are CE marked, legal and steel. This one for instance

Though I doubt this one would be street legal, though something like it would come in handy when driving through some French Ports

Still legal as long as CoC exists & they have the eu homologation number in sticker form attached to them.
