Recommendations to avoid Fireworks - Bonfire & New Year. (1 Viewer)

Hiya All,

I ma sure this is an annual thread but I am looking for some suggestions of sites that have been visited by you smart funsters that allow you to avoid any fireworks for both Nov and New Year.

Our Collie hate any loud noises or bangs so fireworks drive her to distraction. Short of vet sedation there is nothing that will keep her calm (we and the vets have tried them all). Thus I am hoping that you can recommend sites and locations that is firework free and would stop our little girl being so scared.

Just to help we are based in SE Wales

Unfortunately we are close to Caldicot Castle - so big display there and in Chepstow with everyone setting off in their gardens from the Friday through to the Monday :-(

France doesn't celebrate Bonfire night (but avoid Bastille day which is big on fireworks). New year is more difficult, China perhaps.
