After just getting my awning sorted , we where cleaning van for our next trip when I came out the door and the omnistep collapsed , another set of rivets sheared , the rear ones , I had the front ones replaced about 18months ago .
As I have a warranty I contacted them and they said take it and get a quote for repair or replacement , the nearest place to me that has anything to do with motorhomes was Towbar2towcars so I went there last Friday and ask if they could get it sorted asap as I was going away this Friday , they contacted the warranty company and got the ok and ordered the new step and it was fitted while I waited on Wednesday, nothing seamed to be too much trouble and I was very impressed with there service

I used them a few years ago to do my toad and tow bar , and they where great then .
They now do motorhome service and hab checks

I think they had to wait till the lease was up for the people using that part of the building. Then they started doing habitation etc.
