Teleco Magicsat fault (1 Viewer)

My 12 year old Magicsat refuses to fully rotate with an error reporting rotation fault.
Who should I contact for a repair - I live near Exeter.

Scan Terier are the UK people for Teleco, very helpful with support and advice.
May be worth giving them a shout, before it goes in the scrap.

Scan terrier stopped putting up new info for the old magisat teleco a couple years back.They never answered my enquiry as to new frequencies so I wouldn't expect much of a reply.They do an uprated box but as to the error you're getting may be you have an obstruction? Failing that it's probably time to get a new system.
