anyone been? how far did you get if you tried? how long did it take? what was the experience like?

An awful lot of driving through forest is my recollection of his trip !

but it is a really long way, I don't think I moaned about the forests too much, but the run through Sweden which we did on the hurry up was long and fairly boring, they have lakes there bigger than our counties, I don't want to write Sweden off and may go back

our trip was aimed at Norway and Sweden simply a quicker road network to get back

but as said above it is a kin long way away, we went to Narvik, bumbled round the Lofoten Islands for 7 days and took 35 days to do it, arctic circle could be reached in 7 days if you drive minimum 300 miles / day which is barely doable in Norway, but we did it coming home

I remember programming home into tom tom at our furthest northly point we had nearly 2500 miles to cover via chunnel, but we were about 400 miles north of the artic circle and 250 of them were in the UK so don't really count

Crossed it several times in different places over the years. Its a long way, but the scenery is worth it.

We did it last year as you can see on our avatar we went up as far as Karesuando a lovely place and Avery nice camp site.we spent around seven weeks in Sweden it’s a great place especially if you like wildlife and birds and scenery.
